River Bank is searching for a small Coffee which should be a new start-up rather
than being a franchise in its newly built facility situated at 224-C Baker Street,
London. 29th October 2019 is the date on which it is scheduled to open the bank
to business hence the time frame is short. By 1st September we need to choose a
contractor.
The building that will be given for this proposal is new and it is has 25 floors. It is
situated at important place in London. The building has a unique architecture
that reflects the 18th Century design. It was made by the private investors and
has a space of 250.000 Square foot. The allotted space for the Coffee Shop
stretches around 1400-1600 square feet.
