Lincoln Electric holds a unique organizational strategy, which has many creative
ideas. It aims to keep its employees motivated, and in order to do so, the company has
implemented the incentive system that efficiently distributes the profits in the company. All
these incentives were considered as the expressions of mutual respect for every person
signing for the job. The Lincoln Electric face three major International Human Resource
Management issues, such as, such as sourcing human resource for global marketing;
International business ethics and HRM, and International industrial relations and the global
institutional context.
In order to mitigate the issues, the report presents specific recommendations that
provide power to the decision making as well as trust in management. It is recommended
from the report that the capacity of the company can expand to gain more profits and market,
they focus on human resources and analyse the overseas market, before expanding their
business.
It is also essential that Lincoln Electric should build the professional organizational
structure, which permits the management and increase the diversity in management. In
resolving the issue of sourcing HR for the global market, the company should focus on the
significance of clearance and competition of punishment and reward method in day to day
operational activities (Hamel, 2012). The incentive system was necessary for Lincoln Electric
in achieving decade success.
In the case of solving the next issue, it is crucial to understand that every country has
their different politics, culture, laws, diversity, workers right as well as child labour. Lincoln
