X2 Events is an event company which is located on Ayala – la Ava, near Makati market in
Sydney.
Background:
X2 Events Company is famous event managing company which provides full service and
marketing facilitation devoted to meeting clients’ needs. Company customizes major events
such as wedding, anniversary, and birthday & many functions to match targets, budgets and
work force resources. X2 Event Company applies various projects and creates large-scale
event resources such as festival and conferences, concerts and formal parties or conventions
(Mair & Whitbord, 2018)
Event purpose:
XE Events Company manages marketing and festive events that vary various professional
objectives such as detection of events, analysis of market, meet client’s needs and
requirements of competitive environment. Company’s major purposes are to provide
powerful foundation regarding service assurance or management, reporting and
improvement.
Target market:
X2 believes in providing services to all kinds of customers and typically host such events
according to clients needs. A company is going to target "social event market" that would be
an alternative market niche within event management industry. The company focuses on
cost-effective factors and cost efficiency to host parties for third parties.
Overview of proposal
XE Event is going to organise a 50th wedding anniversary event of Mr and Mrs Anderson.
The venue will be Best Western hills and Hotels. The venue will be quite and sufficient right
to occupy 150 seats of expected attendees. This event will become successful and this hotel
has also enough material and stuffs to hold and the attend50th wedding anniversary of Mr and
Mrs Anderson.
