Case Study 2:The introduction this case study denotes the fact that RMIT was one of the leadinguniversities in Australia. This fact ensures that the total number students that were present in theprocessing consist of 58,000 with an annual outcome with A$480 million. Certainly a problemregarding the processing of the “go live” occurred. This cost nearly A$18 million to repair thesame. But the project finally cost A$47 million to cover the entire proceeding. Despite the factthe processing of the “go live”, it did not perform well. The go live was completely based curedin the year 2005.
