Introduction
The success of the project can be determined through the utilization of available resources and
tools to ensure that entire tasks can be completed within a strict timeline. The purpose of this
assignment is to explore the broad aspect of lean project management to build a dream house
without compensate with quality. The study also sheds light on possible risks and challenges to
accomplish the task vigilantly by compliance with legitimate policies and regulations.
Stakeholder management and cost management are significant components of lean project
management to present the demand of client in real world for sustainable development.
1(A) Identification of most effective suburb
The selection of suburb is an essential step of construction of project that makes the entire work
easy and convenient so it can be said that each task needs to be accomplished in a sustainable
way so that better result can be gathered can be obtained. Highgate is selected in the location of
Perth, which offers about 70% of resident’s area near to parkland. The minimum price to
construct the dream house is about 700,000 dollars. In addition, education facility and residential
area are easy to access that increase the reliability of this project. Highgate is located in middle
of the city, which is perfect to build dream house. One of the primary benefits of this place is
accessibility that ensures that each task can be completed on time. Apart from this, there are
some other factors that influence the final decision of an individual in choosing desired place for
constructing a dream house. It includes budget and land size that need to consider while selecting
perfect place for constructing a new house. Lean management stated that the construction of the
dream house needs to be constructed in a residential area where all the facilities can be accessed.
It increases the reliability of project management for effective result.
1 (B) Examination of land size
The size of the land needs to be selected vigilantly that helps in developing an effective design
and layout of the dream house for sustainable development. In Highgate, the price of land per
feet is around AUD 500 and to make an average house, AUD 700,000 needs to spend. Similarly,
it can be stated that a dream house can cost around AUD 1200,000 that needs to be undertaken
vigilantly (Albliwi et al. 2018). Hence, it is necessary to consider the perfect land size.

According to Pre- work construction (PWC) contract, client needs to pay AUD 200 to construct a
dream house positively. It has been stated that each task needs to be completed within strict
deadline.
1 (c) Discussion on builders to construct the dream house
Builder is one of the critical and essential parts of project management that facilitates in
completing the construction of dream house within a strict deadline. For the success of this
project, the Myriad building contractor company has been selected to build the house under the
constraint budget and resources (Ahuja et al. 2017).. There are ranges of benefits of builders such
as the application of new technologies and techniques to ensure that the construction of a dream
house can be done systematically. Myriad building contractor works on different skills or areas
of construction such as designing, plumbing and renovation that make the complexity of the task
simple. Most of the time, it is essential to improve the necessity and creativity of the project
wisely. Therefore, it can be stated that the selection of the builder is necessary so that limited
resources can be utilized sustainably.
1(D) Analysis of associate stakeholders
Stakeholder’s management is one of the essential components of project management that
facilitates in completing the task within a strict deadline. In regards to this project, several
stakeholders are working together to build a dream house positively, such as builders, technical
team and designer. Most of the time, it has been witnessed that dream house can be constructed
effectively and sustainably without compliance with quality and productivity. In regards to the
principle of lean management, proper communication between stakeholders and users need to be
undertaken so that each deliverable can be delivering within a strict deadline. Every stakeholder
of this project is working together to accomplish the project as per the requirement of the client.
