Introduction
This report is a reflection of the capstone business management course undertaken by the
researcher. In the initial part of the report, the researcher provides a detailed summary of the
reflective capability that has been gained by him as an outcome of attending this business
administration course. This section also incorporates a reflection on the learning experiences
throughout the course and a personal commentary regarding the effectiveness of the learning
outcomes that have been achieved by the researcher. The reflection in this section incorporates
the skill developments lie knowing, being and doing and their benefits in the career development
of the researcher. In the next part of the same section the researcher reflects the competence
that he have been able to gain as an outcome of the four essential capstone skill development.
the next section encompasses a reflection on the learning from the capstone subject as well as a
detailed personal analysis of the consultancy research program undertaken by him. The personal
skills developed by then researcher as an outcome of undergoing the overall MBA program have
also been articulated. The researcher have also discussed in the report regarding how the skills
that he highlighted, will be beneficial for the future career endeavours.
Summary of reflective capabilities in learning
Integration of theory as well as practice helps in the learning outcome of the elements of
Administration, in the MBA capstone course. The business capstone is a course which

A significant part of the applied skills is the applied integration skills which helps us as well as
the business managers to identify the feasible reasons for the positive or negative performance of
a company, rather than only e believing what is perceived by others as the the one particular
cause behind it.
The third skill that is the practical skills helps the students to combine the theoretical skills as
well as applied skills so that they can implement their knowledge in practical managerial
situations and reason about how to resolve strategic issues in a company. This kind of skills is
mainly needed for adopting to business situations with tailor-made decisions for the current
challenge your problem.
In fact after learning practical skills, we were able to who applied the knowledge as well as
analytical skills in multiple business contexts and challenges. For evidence we could apply them
to the context of the global financial crisis. The same skills where all supplied by us for
analysing the digital disruption in business or in case of natural disaster management also.
The professional approach of this course is revealed in the practical application of the learning

Learning from Capstone subject and consultancy research process
The capstone subject helps the students to demonstrate their mastery over the individual project
goals in their respective major or department. The subject provided us with the theoretical skills
which are applicable to selected business contacts and while undertaking the capstone projects
we had to implement the skills in order to provide real life solution to critical business problems
by understanding, analysing as well as contextualizing the theoretical knowledge to the provided
business situations. Teamwork as well as communication is also important skills that were
conveyed to us in our program in college (Thomas 2018). The analytical skills that we acquired
through the capstone subjects help us to ask questions while undergoing the project courses. In
our courses, we learnt how development of open ended questions towards the teammates can
help in communicating problems, provide solving ideas as well as reduce the Periphery of the
business issues. However, the most integral part of the learning accomplished from the capstone
subjects our problem serving as well as business research. The capstone experience of our
college was developed in such a way so that the students were unable to conduct independent
study of the business module. I must specify that the faculty advisor help us to understand

research project provided us solid Foundation as well as experience in consultancy as well as
advocacy and coaching which requires delivery of valuable insight to clients organisations which
