comparison to female employees in managerial
person. However, in non manager category these is
adverse trend. This aspect shows that female
employees get less opportunities for managerial
positions.

IHG has reduced its employment rate by 7.1 at the time of recession.
In accordance with the report of the company it can be noticed that female
employees get salary between the range of £18,000-£64,257 and males get salary
between the range of £18,000-£42,500. further, it shows that job opportunities has been
increase in UK but pay level has not be improved.
