ethics followed in company. It is important know about the ethics being followed by the
company. I understand that feedback from the employees and checking their security level.

helps to know about the progress made by company following their standpoints and practicing
high standards.

It is analysed that, important parties involved are all the employees and their respective
supervisor. I believe that employees share their point with the supervisors and if they have any

company follows Employment Act and Health and Safety act that is beneficial for the employees
