The EI building blocks that will be affecting the management’s ability for enhancing the performance of job satisfaction includes the likes of Relationship management. The main reason that Relationship management will be enhancing the management process is because this section deals with influencing the employees working in Verizon Wireless. This ensures that the employees can be treated in a manner that will be increasing the efficiency of the functional process (Mone & London 2018). This will help in bettering the outcome of the project. Another aspect that is to be considered in this case is that coaching and mentoring of the employees will be performed in a better manner. The main aspect that is to be considered is that the tasks that will be performed by the employees of Verizon Wireless, will be properly monitored and hence wise the tasks that will be performed will be increasing the efficiency of the tasks that will be performed by them. With proper coaching facilities the main aspect that will be considered is that the employees will be gaining new skills and they will be in a constant betterment and developing stage. Hence wise this will help in bettering the functioning process of Verizon Wireless. With constant development in the employee skill set the employees will remain content and will be satisfied. Another aspect that is considered in this case is team work development (Kanki 2019). In case there is any issue in the functioning of the project, employees might not feel comfortable in working in Verizon Wireless anymore and might lead to decrease in job satisfaction. Again if conflict management is performed in a proper manner the main aspect that will be considered is that issues in between the employees will get resolved. This will be bettering the relationship in between the employees who are facing conflicts. This is one of the major aspect that with performing proper self awareness, the main aspect that will be stated is that well understanding of the wants and demands of the employees themselves. In case of self regulation, better understanding of the employee assessment and hence wise better decision making can be performed. Proper motivation can be performed in a manner that proper assessment of the project will be performed in a manner that proper understanding of the wants of themselves can be made. This understanding of the demands will help in proper decision making. This will ensure that the decision making will be made in an order that decision making can be made in a better manner. After praising the employee in person, showcasing the achievement of the employee publicly among the team members will also be motivating the employee to a higher extent. The most important thing that is to be considered is that the employees who have been performing exceptionally will be rewarded financially, which includes extra incentives on overshooting of the targets.
