The project management capability
objectives have been a major advantage that
is gained by the Oracle Corporation. The
sole reason behind the process includes
external project customers and external
project customers will be faced. Senior

Again as per the project objective capability
of Oracle Corporation, proper asking of the

PM Maturity objective
The project management maturity of Oracle
will get enhance as per the diversification in
between the SEI Maturity levels and PMI
knowledge areas. The levels that will be
considered in this process includes Level 1
Initial process. Level 2, structured process
and standards. Level 3, logistic ideals and
processes based on Institutionalized base
process. Level 4, Managed processes and
Level 5, Optimizing Process. These
classifications are made as per the SEI
maturity levels. Again as per the PMI
knowledge areas, time management, scope

2016).

processing will be achieved as per the
commencing of the execution of the project
