For particular, communication plays a majorrole for business and may be the time to or to pause it during a business transaction and it can beIn-house or external company correspondence. For internal communication, employee meetingsor messages such as emails or text messages are dealt. People deal for vendors, consumers orother businesses by external communication. Good businesscommunication helps employer and worker to make a good relationship between them and it’spositively impact on business but on the other hand poor business communication negativelyimpact on business(Bovée, 1999). Through this employers and workers understand and trusteach other which is really important for business productivity. Its increase employee’sconfidence level which are required for gaining company’s goals and objective. Employers willalso be unlikely to make faults when communication is successful. And we can correct themwithout making an awkward working environment if they make mistakes. Good businesscommunication helps to attract new customer into the business and it also helps to create a newmarket in all over the place(Blundel, 2004). Withouteffective communication it is not possible to achieved companies goals and objective(Gaut,2002). But there have some barriers on effective communication that makes wholecommunication poor and unstable.
