Week 5: Activity perception and individual decision making
The last movie, which I witnessed, was Annabelle Comes Home and being a horror
movie lover, I enjoyed the story and the presentation of the movie. I must appreciate
the ten year old girl of the paranormal investigators Lorraine Warren and Ed Warren.
Being a small girl, she has that courage to survive within the paranormal activities,
when her parents were not present at home. She spent the whole night with her
baby sitter and her friend under such circumstances. After awakening the evil spirit
of Annabelle, even in the locked room, couple of unnatural things started to happen.
However, the small brave girl was capable to protect herself and also her
companions (Trianni, Cagno and Farné, 2016). The way she survived, did attract me
the most.
On the contrary, my friend did not enjoy the much since she was expecting
something more horror like the first series of Annabelle. Her expectation did not
match with the reality and hence, het purpose of watching of most awaited horror
movie did not meet.Though the acting was good of all of the actors, however, the
story line was not so strong, that it could attract the attention of the horror movie
lovers (Mitchell, 2019). Moreover, the presentation and the story telling were not so
eye-catching, that one could wish for watch this movie again.
Week 6: Motivation
The cabin crew employees need to be responsible to improve the scrutiny process
before boarding for the safety purpose. Since, maintaining of safety is one of the
critical and essential things for flying to the destination, therefore, the management
of the airlines industry require to organise motivational as well as required training
program for the staff (Machmud and Sidharta, 2016). This helps to grow the
communication between the passengers and the staff and hence, the scrutiny
process would be easier to conduct. The passengers would also cooperate to
accomplish the process to the staff and in turn, the cabin crew would be able to
receive a warm response from the end of the travellers. Consequently, the entire
process can be accomplished in the hassle free process.As per the statement of
Elahi and Hosseini (2018), the training program would be significant to make the
