Student will conduct an interview with a Human Resource member or supervisor/manager who conducts 360 degree performance appraisals in his/her own or another organization and write an 800-1000 word paper about the interviewee’s perceived advantages and disadvantages of multi-source (360O) appraisals. Titles Pages, Abstracts, and Reference pages do not count as part of the word count requirement. (Individual Assignment worth 10 points) Paper must adhere to APA formatting guidelines.
