Pajama Bonaza sales is basically focussed on manufacturing of custom pajamas and
hence wise sell their exclusive products. They have been selling their products with the help
of online store that they have. The staff members that present and have been working on the
projects are namely Audrey, Bernice and Cassandra. Audrey as well as Bernice is responsible
for manufacturing the pajamas. Cassandra on the other hand have been dealing with the
delivery of the orders. These employees have been coordinating in a proper manner which
helps in proper execution of the business. Following table depicts the calculation of
operational cot for business.

manufacturing process will be performed. Another aspect that is to be considered is the size
of the product that is to be manufactured in the process. In case the manufacturing process
performs proper documentation better analysis of the product can be performed. Making
profit have been the major goal of the entire business management process.
Proper calculation of the operational process details is performed in order to proceed
with the business have been one of the major aspects that is to be considered. Proper
calculation of the quoting aspect also plays an important role in the process. Another aspect
that is to be considered is the change that takes place in the over-time duty process. Proper
visualization has been one of the major aspect that is to be considered. This helps in better

In order help the employees of the organization and provide a consistent quote for the
pajamas to their customers a table is created using different inbuilt excel functions. This
includes creating a list of variables and naming them, use of data validation in cells and
finally using averageifs control function for determining the estimated quote value. The

In this process the main aspect that is considered is that the data regarding the
feasibility of the product is analysed. After gaining the data regarding the processing of the
