Introduction:
The aim of this paper is to discuss the importance of social networking for finding job
matching the requirements. In this global scenario, most of the youngsters mainly job seekers
have started to depend upon the social media as many of the global and national companies are
using social media to source the right candidates. The figure below can show the percentage of
job seekers online.

The most important job search tools are LinkedIn, Info graphic resume and social
mentoring. The All of these job search tools and processes are highly creative and attractive to

the recruiters. Through these job searching tools the candidates get the scope to build personal
branding. There are scopes to detail the personal strengths and weaknesses which are presentably
detailed in the resumes of the candidates. Starting from the educational qualification to
preferences of job roles and language are detailed in the application process. From these the
recruiters can easily sort out the candidates according to their requirements.
LinkedIn:
In the LinkedIn, the candidates share every personal and professional information in the
types of personal resume. Along with the information given, the feature of Endorsements and
personal testimonials so that the candidates get proper idea of their capabilities matching the job
market. The recruiters, head hunters and HR from different corporation use this job searching
tool to search for the candidates for the particular jobs and then approach them directly.
