The objectives of performing this review are as follows: -

provided in case of educational industry.
To understand the process of Human Resource Planning in case of educational industry.
To understand the importance of managerial skills and hence wise perform proper
assessing of the evolution of HRM.
Research Question 1: Which type of methodology is used for proper evolution of different
phases of HRM?
Research Question 2: When did the process of HRM implementation started in industries?
Method
The method that is implemented in this case is secondary in nature. Usage of qualitative
and quantitative data analysis is performed. This section is mainly focused on performing proper
assessment of gaining data from other journals. Access to peer reviewed journals instils the fact

that there will be no copyright issue and hence wise authenticity of the data will be well
maintained.
Findings and discussion
From the chosen paper it can be stated that evolvement of HRM is performed with the
help of the differential strands and hence wise using the philosophy of people management. This
section is concerned with the focused methodology as well as perform proper employee
management. This implementation of HRM started since the 20th century. However it can be
stated that top business organizations have been using these standards from a longer period and
no proper documentation is made. Proper identities were provided to the employees of the
organization and hence wise providing them a proper value is provided to the value point of the
employees. This also includes the fact that the issues that are faced by the employees are highly
considered and hence wise mitigation of the issues can be performed. A change in the
managerial style has also been noticed after the implementation of the HRM in the business
organization. After the implementation of HRM the main change that has been noticed is that
valuation of the employees has increased. This leads to the fact that employees have been
receiving better treatment. It was also considered that employees were valuable investment of the
business organization. This leads to the fact that the employees were treated in a better manner.
From the academic theory of HRM, the main aspect that will be considered is that employees
were treated in a differential manner from computers, which were not performed in the previous
