Management1 Refugee organizations, which need desperately support and intervention by government leaders, policy makers, and other international organisations, need to focus on critical refugees, migration, humanitarian and human rights issues. Our advocates visit some of the world's worst migration situations, investigate the conditions facing refugees and internally displaced and evaluate the efforts of governments, NGOs and local and international aid organisations. In receiving large numbers of forcibly displaced persons, the refugee crisis that entail difficulties and dangers. This may be internally displaced persons, migrants, asylum applicants or some other large migrant groups. There may be a conflict within the country when attempting to escape, when moving to a safe country or even when you arrive in an asylum country. One may call a situation crisis either as regards the forcibly displaced or as regards the receiving state or both. The situation can only be called crisis. Fragile States are now the longest behind in the achievement of the SDGs, which have been broadly describe as countries with no capacity for managing political, cultural, social and environmental risks. In comparison to the significant strides in reducing poverty in secure societies around the world, poverty in vulnerable contexts is increasing. By 2030, over 80% of people who live in severe poverty will live in vulnerable countries. There are also cross-border impacts of state fragility. In 2017, a record high of 68,5 million people were internally displaced by conflict and terror, with over 25 million people registered as refugees. Obviously, wars causing population migration are the only way to end refugee crises.
Management2 More international commitment will be required, not less. As the nation states refuse to take responsibility for their governance, cities need to step up to face this challenge. Conclusion One significant solution is the opening of secure sanctuary routes for refugees. It ensures that people will negotiate with their families to offer visas for refugees so that their lives will not have to be shortened and that they risk dying to protect their lives. The refugees that need it will also be resettled. Resettlement is the most vulnerable refugees 'critical option, including survivors of torture and people coping with serious medical conditions.
