INTRODUCTIONChanges are important for business organization to enhance their productivity level as theimpact of this can be negative and positive as well. In this the overall success of the company isalso based in their capabilities how effectively they consider and develop effective strategies.Along with this, there are two divers of changes such as internal and external as well. Both arehighly impact upon business activities, leadership, team and employees. Thus, management haveto make effective and flexible policies which helps in developing leadership skills of workers atworkplace (Different type of leadership styles, 2017). If company effectively acceptance all thechanges then it helps in reducing the chances of arising risk and at the same time also enhanceprofitability level of the company. This report discussed about two multinational organization asAdidas and Nike. Both companies are deliver their products and services in over the world.Under this assignment also mentioned impact of change on strategies of business organization,behaviour of team and individual which may leads in reducing the negative impact of changes.Along with this, various leadership approaches are also mentioned here which deal with changes.TASK 1P1 Impact of change on organizational strategy and operationsChange refer to something happen which directly effect the overall performance of thecompany which may leads in attaining better success. In this context, there are two major changedriver which affect the overall activities of company as it is internal and external. In this, internalchange driver define technology capacity, management of finance and organizational change andmany more. On the other side, external change drivers are political, social and environmental andmany more. As Adidas and Nike both are famous company which operate their business in sameindustry. They sale shoes, clothing and various products to large number of customers. Underthis Digitisation is main change which directly impact on business in positive and negative way.By effectively acceptance of changes define various opportunities in which company easilyexpand their activities and also invite larger number of customers. This will directly contribute inincreasing profitability level of the company at market place (Wilkinson and et. al., 2013). Alongwith this, flexibility is major strength for both companies as they easily attain higher success atmarket place. As it is an obligation upon management of both companies so that it is importantfor company to determine all the factors that directly affect on team, workers behaviour to easilyaccomplished set target.
