NHSC clinician avails care services to the underserved communities in both urban and rural
areas. In order to propose resolve the issues related to serving of underserved people, an
innovative solution is needed to meet the challenging problem especially when we have
limited resources. NHSC (National Health Service Corps) is a program, which can increase
the supply of doctors, which includes health professionals in unprivileged communities. Eight
principle of patient centred care have taken several stages while discussing provision of
healthcare (Topaz et al., 2019). It is important to satisfy the primary care, mental care, and
dental healthcare, which focuses on fostering positive service experience to the clinicians so
that it can promote long-term retention. While treating the patients, one must follow access to
care, continuity, and transition, including family and friends, emotional support, education,
information, physical support, respecting the preferences of patients, coordination, and
integration of care (Andersson, Otterholt, and Gråwe, 2017). For example- patient centred
care in doctor`s clinic with under patient centred care services where patient focus on
patient`s issues, which depends on the diagnosis. Patients create a personal relationship with
this model of following these eight principles in relation to doctors patient`s focused care
models. As an innovative model and programs, a remedial approach will have to actionable,
systematic, and bypassing corruption and then overcoming inefficiencies. It can be optimistic
project, which may go longer time to accomplish in consuming lot of resources. Remedial
approach will come up with a model of SMART goals, which will await for the solutions of
rural posting of health professionals and making it mandatory for doctors and skilled people
for decades (Carreras, Cook, and Kahn, 2019). The resources can be managed well with the
integration of government and NHSC clinicians, which includes Member of Parliament, and
national rural health mission with the low cost housing for the patients so that they can go
home only after being cured. The recent survey reveals that 1193 clinicians (72.4%) who
