about the various issues like the product specification and business plans. In the BE class, the
learners should be able to understand all the issues that arise while presenting the business plans.
The business plans are regarded as extremely useful documents for carrying out the business in a
proper manner. The learners must be aware that their efforts are crucial in all the ways for the
success of the organizations where they will work in their future. The trainers should not disclose
any type of confidential information to the sponsors. Otherwise, it will be an ethical violation. As
a learning outcome, learners should be able to understand the importance of their training and
implement all the knowledge in their future working.
The learners should try to engage in the proper use of language because it will lead to the
betterment of their teaching practice. The rights of the Sponsor should not be revealed because
trainers will always help the learners to understand the proper context of teaching. The
preparation of marketing plans should be authorized by the sponsor before these plans get
implemented in practical scenario. The learners should always engage in submitting their
presentations in the written form. This is how the success of the training process could be
understood. The contracts should also be published according to the needs of the learners. This is
how the entire process can become successful by the help of trainers.
