4. Project Management Team Structure
The team structure is mainly related to composition of a multi team system that ensures
successful team work (Müller et al., 2014). Setting up of a proper team structure becomes a
necessity of organizing a team as per the skills and competencies of the members. In a project
team, the members generally work in accordance to the functional role that has been allocated
