Analysis: What are the key ideas?
The key ideas relate to curriculum and pedagogical leadership. The ideas pertain to the specific
roles that are played by educators in improving knowledge retention in children and the overall
influence that they have on the lives of children by enacting a number of crucial roles in this
context. The pedagogical educators are well experienced and well educated and make sure of the
fact that children are provided with quality education programs in their early years. The
collaboration that is seen to take place among the community, the parents and the educators
makes sure of the fact that learners are in a position to challenge various types of existing
knowledge and that they are able to take logical and rational decisions someday, as is expected
from good leaders.

what I already know? How have my ideas
been extended, challenged, or changed?
The ideas that have been identified above relate
to what I know already on the basis of their
significance. The ideas above indicate that a
close relationship must exist among
collaborators, learners and the community for
quality education to take place, ideas that have
made me acquire a more holistic understanding
of the pedagogical process and the manner of
its operation.
Implications for practice: What are the
practical implications for my role as a
pedagogical leader?
Being a pedagogical teacher implies that I have
to always make sure of the fact that children are
healthy and for this purpose I need to help them
imbibe a healthy diet and lifestyle. I believe that
a close relationship must be established
between parents and educators in order to
ensure that children imbibe the best qualities
and teachings from the educational programs
that they are exposed to.
