The key ideas relate to curriculum and pedagogical leadership. The ideas pertain to the specific
roles that are played by educators in improving knowledge retention in children and the overall
influence that they have on the lives of children by enacting a number of crucial roles in this
context. The pedagogical educators are well experienced and well educated and make sure of the
fact that children are provided with quality education programs in their early years. The
collaboration that is seen to take place among the community, the parents and the educators
makes sure of the fact that learners are in a position to challenge various types of existing
knowledge and that they are able to take logical and rational decisions someday, as is expected
