The 4 needs selected were Normal day to day assistant, nutrition and food, mobility and
aid assistant and emotional support.
Mabel needs normal day-to-day assistant as she had undergone sickness and her health
needs to b proctored. A slightly improvement is observe and she had been released from the
hospital. Presently Mabel is at her home hence she must undergo regular assistance. She had to
undergo personal care for maintaining oral hygiene, grooming as well as daily dressing
(Connellan, 2018). Mabel is an old person hence she needs more attention and care. Mabel needs
regular medication that she must not miss hence a help from nurse would help Mabel in getting
medicine in regular time. If she misses any medicine, she might undergo. Therefore, normal day-
to-day need is necessary for Mabel.
Nutrition and food is required for every individual. It had been noticed that Mabel’s
appetite is changing and she is losing interest over foods. She is not taking her food regularly. As
a nurse, it becomes necessary that Mabel must have a proper food intake, however she had been
released to her home from the hospital it is necessary from the health care organization to
provide Mabel with regular required meal at her doorsteps. She is provided with fresh cooked
meal with proper dietary restriction, as she is unable to move or cook her food by herself. Hence,
this method is chosen so that Mabel can get proper food without making a trouble for herself.
Sometimes it becomes difficult for a patient to understand which meal and the type of dietary to
be followed; hence a service from the organization would help her in understanding a proper
meal plan so that there is no miss in the nutrition level in the body. If Mabel is lacking any
nutrition then there are chances that she would become sicker that would delay her recovery.
Therefore, proper nutrition and food plan is chosen for Mabel.

A proper mobility and aid assistant are required for Mabel. It had been noticed that Mabel
cannot walk properly, she needs assistance to walk. It had been chances that Mabel might fall if
she tries to walk by herself hence a assistance must be provided to her to walk properly (My
Aged Care, 2020). This service is chosen for Mabel because of her disability to walk. Mabel is
an old person with difficulty in walking. Assistance would help her to mobilize properly.
It has been noticed that a sick person with difficulty in walking needs a serious emotional
support. The patient feel emotionally destroyed. Mabel has been sick for long hence she needs
emotional support so that she can enjoy her life. Mabel had been going through mood swings,
hence a emotional or mental support would make her feel happy that might sometime help in her
recovery. Therefore, this service is chosen.
All the services have priority in the patient’s life.However all these 4services varies in the
list of priority.
Normal day to day nutrition is highly importance because a nutrition can help an
individual to live a healthy life. Mabel is sick and a normal assistance would make her feel
supportive and happy. This service would make Mabel share her needs with her assistance. She
would not feel inability to do anything. If Mabel is unable to do a particular thing her assistant
would help her in that work. Regular assistance can be in any field hence a regular help would
make Mabel feel happy that would help her in faster recovery. Therefore, in Mabel case this is
chosen as first priority (Duties and Responsibilities of a Nurse in Healthcare & Hospitals, 2020).
Nutrition and food is also important for a patient. It is given second priority because food
would make a person live however enjoying the life would come if there is support. Food and
nutrition is very important for a person. A person disease and illness can be kept under control if
there are restrictions in the food. A person must follow a regular nutritional balance so that there

is a good balance of nutrition and various diseases can be kept away. Even it is necessary
because a sick person must have a regular dietary balance for faster improvement in the health.
Mobility and aid assistant comes under third priority because mobility assistance
sometimes makes a person completely dependent on other (Health Physics Society 50-year
Members, 2016). Hence, it is required that a person must try to walk or aid by themselves
however if unable to do it them aid is recommended. Sometimes too much aid and mobility
assistance makes a person weak enough and delays health development. Therefore aid assistant
is kept as third preference.
Emotional assistance is given fourth priority because emotional help gives mental support
but medication and nutrition would help in faster recovery. Emotion would make Mabel feel
good however medication and other assistant would help Mabel to recovery from her present
stage faster.
In terms of each service it has been seen that the focus is on the improved support
providence to the patient. Hence, it can be stated that these, are the factors that focuses on the
effective ways to evaluate the needs of the patients. The factor of the 1st case that is normal day
to day assistance, Mabel is an elderly person and needs day to day assistance. It has been seen
that she has been in the home care setting and the needs of the emergency care information is
properly described. There are few questions regarding the day to day support providence,
focusing on the needs of the patient and the feedback of the carer. It has also comprised of the
emergency needs and process flow chart (My Aged care, 2020). The 2nd case is the nutrition and
food of Mabel. Here, it has been seen that different feeding information and nutrition based
questions have been mentioned. The community engagement of the patient and the information
regarding the feeding process and the healthy food has been mentioned in the scenario. There is

also feedback based question present for the carer. Hence, it can be stated that both the cases are
focused on the care process of the elderly patient Mabel (My Aged care, 2020). In the 3rd case it
has been seen that the mobility and aid assistant factors has been mentioned with the
consideration of the patient’s needs. Thus, it can be found that the mobility related issues has
been identified by several question which focuses on Mabel as well. Moreover, the feedback
based questions are present for the carer (My Aged care, 2020). The 4th case is the emotional
support based condition of Mabel. It has been seen that the questions are for the carer and the
patient family members, which focuses on the feedback, processes of mitigation and the
consideration of the approaches for the care delivery (My Aged care, 2020). All the factors of
four scenarios there are four supporting organisation found, namely, Resthaven Community
Service- Northern, Meals on Wheels SA- Charles Sturt, RDNS SA Domiciliary Care and RDNS
SA Nursing. These four scenarios found are the factors of the advertisement of these
organisations. Thus, this can be stated that the focus of the scenarios is elderly care delivery and
the multidisciplinary factorisation of the care process. Moreover, the multidisciplinary care can
be given by different organisations in the home care setting. Thus, the focus of the
advertisements is services for the aged care in the home care setting. Hence, it can be stated that
the advertisements are focused on the providence of care with the improved service delivery to
the patient. These factors would be provided by the nurses or the specialised carers of the
organisations and also the family members and shifting the patient to the hospital can be avoided
as the organisations can provide emergency help to the patient. Thus, the factor of the effective
care delivery with the focus of the improvement of the health of the patient has been factorised in
the advertisements of these organisations. The advertisements were provided with proper website
and contact information as well for the emergency purpose as well. Thus, it can be found that the

awareness and information providence to the readers are the factors that has been focused in
these advertisements.
The design of the advertisement is very attractive or eye catching. As this is an
advertisement, the design or the appeal of the document should be attractive. The document is
factorised with effective colour and fonts to be read properly. The advertisements are also
provided with the links and contact details of the organisations. Thus, the font size was important
for the document. Moreover, the factor of the awareness regarding the aged care and the different
facilities for the emergency care delivery and the role of the carer in the process of the care has
been described in the document as well (Shaouf, Lü & Li, 2016). Hence, the font, colour and also
the information in the advertisements are found to be very much attractive and focused on
providing information to the readers. Moreover, there are different images used in the
advertisement for also developing attraction for the readers. The images will help the readers to
understand that the advertisement is focused on the aged care process and the multivariate factors
of the care process. Different organisation names and the process of the support have been
mentioned in bold and large fonts to be easily read and understood by the reader (Wu et al.,
2016). Hence, it can be stated that the advertisements are competent in providing proper
information to the patient family members or other readers to contact them in need.
