Introduction
3D printing is a kind of process which is used to design and builds a 3-
dimensional object using a computer-aided design model. It is also called an
adaptive manufacturing process that has the capability to develop 3D
objects in an appropriate manner. In which numerous kinds of engineering
processes and approaches are used in the computer control for creating
effective 3D models in the industry. The purpose of the research is to review
the concept of 3D printing technology and evaluate the findings and
previous articles for obtaining effective points about 3D printing. An
annotated bibliography will be included which will contain 10 journal
articles related to 3D printing and examine the results and findings of
recent studies. It is found that 3D printing allows manufacturers to design
complex shapes using less material as compared to traditional techniques
due to which it is now adopted in many manufacturing sectors. 3D printing
is a common engineering topic where the numerous articles were issued
recently that provided significance and impact of 3D printing on business
performance. This report will review journal articles including their
significance, methods adopted, results and appropriateness of the paper.

Chia, H. N., & Wu, B. M. (2015). Recent advances in 3D printing of
biomaterials.
Journal of biological engineering,
9(1), 4.
The aim of the paper is to evaluate the recent advances in 3D printing
technology in the area of biometrical. The writers determined that 3D
printing provided a way to develop complex biomedical devices using
computer-aided design and automated control systems. The writers adopted
numerous methodologies including inductive approach, qualitative design,
secondary data gathering methods and content analysis technique (Chia, &
Wu, 2015). The chosen paper plays a major contribution to the 3D printing
