Introduction
Henry Fredrick Stanley Morgan is the one who founded the Morgan car for providing right to
customers under the Morgan Motor Company. Morgan Motor uses appropriate modern
technology and traditional craftsmanship showing the vision of the company to provide right
quality to customers (Anderson, 2018). This report is about achieving the vision of the
Morgan Motor Company by reviewing its operations by gathering resources and information
for delivering it. Also, the discussion consists of satisfying stakeholders while evaluating
operations and challenge faced while supporting analysis.
Operations
Morgan Motor Company is a family-owned manufacturer making British sports cars which
are iconic hand-built across the globe. The idea of keeping up with the uniqueness of the
company in the car industry is for better output where Morgan Motor never thought of
changing its cars to more modern cars for increasing the number of production and that
shows the company’s uniqueness (O’Grady, 2019). Across the globe, the company operates
in market place as a niche vehicle manufacturer with a small team to work efficiently while
working on innovative ideas frequently.
The company focuses on reinforcing integrity and attracting new markets within the
innovation among design and conception. The benefits Morgan depicts is being the charge of
all decisions from launch and concept to production with dynamic and small team
showcasing opportunity through ideas where there is the ability of impacting the end product.
With the growth of competition, Morgan managed to manufacture over thousands of vehicles
with introducing modern digital design development methods and efficiency of the products
(Wells, 2012).
The manufacturing and designing of cars is based on customer’s specific requirements
showing uniqueness as Morgan Motor built to order able to specifying aesthetic outset
detailing. It consists of building cars on crafting and wooden frame through hand while
making an addition in the modern auto industry thriving volumes for moving towards
modernization (Cotton, 2019). Morgan Motor satisfies the key stakeholders through its
operations that are customers, employees and shareholders. This requires for the company to

invest in right technologies and making sure about the vibrant future by doing hard work
(Tennyson, 2018).
In business, it is essential to maintain sustainability for the creation of long-term stakeholder
value and success. Here, sustainability consists of innovation along with transparency,
integration, and employee engagement while delivering investment value for long-term by
the company involving key stakeholders and others such as suppliers, investors and
governments. This requires the company to engage in renewable energy projects for customer
satisfaction by adhering corporate sustainability standards (Morgan, 2018). Thus, this shows
the way to satisfy customers by engaging and involving them in the projects of company
while doing operations rightly along with taking appropriate decisions in terms of small
business.
Morgan Motor focuses on evolving customer-specific to multi-stakeholder orientation along
with managing corporate reputations than marketing. The delivery not only considers support
of shareholders or customers but all the stakeholders as well helping or hindering strategy. In
every company, there is purpose and mission for satisfying customers and other key
stakeholders and so does Morgan Motor. In business, it is possible by making developments
through stakeholder-value based approach along with driving changes (Liehr-Gobbers, 2020).
Thus, satisfying and creating long-term stakeholder value helps in business growth.
Challenge
Motor Morgan manages on-going issues related to production, marketing and branding of
vehicles while taking the responsibility of mechanical and aesthetic design, homologation,
CAD (computer-aided design), and electronics. Morgan Motor runs a small business along
with making innovations and making team development as the thought of collaborating with
other companies and building relationships in businesses and understanding culture enabling
projects for long-term success consisting manufacturing, designing and developing (Barnes,
2017). Also, the company ensures the use of money, time fraction and resource.
The challenges faced by the company while supporting the delivery of vision was its working
and strategy while following traditional production methods facing the change. Also,
change’s importance and role in the business environment along with surviving and
succeeding without change. Morgan Motor being a traditional company tries to move towards
the adoption of modern production system while making a new car through production
