Along with this, it consist of different authors views and opinionabout particular framework (Austermuhl, 2014). This will provide support to investigator at thetime of evaluating research activities. It includes various sources by which researcher gatherrelevant data and information such as books, journals, articles, magazines and many more. Withthe use of these, investigator can easily take right and reliable information. In addition of this, quality management is vital part of every business organization toensure that products and services are consistent in company. It is considered as a vital processwhich help business organization to implement all the activities with the purpose of maintainingoverall performance of the company at marketplace. It includes various activities such as qualitypolicy, quality control, improvement, assurance and many more. All these directly contribute inenhancing productivity level of the company and at the same time also increase the market shareas well. Thus, it is important for business organization to ensure product quality with the purposeof attaining customers satisfaction. This will directly contribute in attaining competitiveadvantage from its rivals. By maintaining quality of products, company can easily invite largenumber of customers and at the same time also enhance their profitability level as well(Fernandez-Feijoo, B., Romero, S. and Ruiz, S., 2014). The main purpose of this report is toevaluate the quality management for increasing productivity level of the company at marketplace. Main BodyConcept of quality managementAccording to Reason, (2016); Quality means things which are superior in nature andmanufactured with a purpose of satisfying customer's needs and wants. Hence, quality is termedas a quality of excellence. In context with businesses, there are various aspects that companymust keep in mind in order to provide excellent quality goods and services. Quality managementis considered as an act that oversees entire activities which are required to be maintain for1

desired level of excellence. Thus, it is acquired by an organisation so as to gain long termbenefits by providing customers with satisfied products (Lund-Thomsen and Lindgreen, 2014). Henceforth, for getting a quality work, it is crucial that company have better machinesand skilled employees with the help of which a better quality service can be provided to itscustomers. Therefore, here are some principles of quality management through which companycan give effective services and these are mentioned below:Customer focussed: Consumers are important for business organization and they are theone who are determines the level of quality, no matter what efforts company is implementing forproviding best quality products. For example: Morrison is using latest tools and technologies formanufacturing goods and products but raw materials which they are using are of poor qualitytherefore here even brand name will not work if quality of the products are not appropriate. Thus,it is crucial for company to consider needs and wants of consumers in order to gain maximumbenefits (Monczka, R. M. and et. al., 2015). Total employee involvement: This is also an important component as employees are theones who perform the task and work for a common goal. As Morrison is providing high-performance work system therefore, workers are giving their best in providing superior qualityservices. As a result, company is improving in front of customer's perception and becoming oneof leading firms in retail sector in United Kingdom. Use of Integrated system: In an organisation there are many activities which areperformed by various departments. Therefore, in order to make goods that are of best qualitycompany implement latest tools and technologies. For example: Morrisons has incorporated ISO9000 standards and it is assisting them in checking the quality of the products they are providingto its customers. Better communication process: Many times effective communication plays a crucial rolewhile performing a task in a better manner and along with this, it assist managers in maintainingand boosting morale of employees so that they can perform their activities in a better manner(Susilawati, A. and et. al., 2015). Therefore, in relation with Morrisons they are using communication process forcommunicating elements and process through which quality products can be developed.
