1 ENGLISH ASSIGNMENTS English Learner Language Development: The English Language Learner, needs to be proficient and productive as per the students. The English Language learner needs may have different opportunities, so that the factors that affect the idea for the initiation and building up of the social and the academic and the social situations. These affect the growth and the development of ideas for the student who seek to learn new language. English being the mostly spoken language by the people in the world, provides the generalized situation and aids the language development in the English learners (Hauck, Wolf & Mislevy, 2016). There are a lot of essential strategies that may inflict upon the teaching language learners, which may be found highlighting the certain aspects of the language learners- developing of cultivate relationship, teaching language across curriculum, emphasizing on the productive language, speaking and teaching slowly and steadily, maintaining and developing differential multiple modalities, incorporation of the native language of the students. The teachers can use certain ideas for developing skills for maintaining and developing the management of the students, by engaging them in class. This can be maintained by- choosing of the culturally relevant materials, using of various specific ideas from daily lives, linking of the routines of the students for learning (Yuan, 2018). The self-reflective teaching philosophy needs to be highlighted for the teaching and learning. There are certain concepts for teaching, learning, teaching methods, interaction with the students and assessing of the lessons.
