The persuasive essay brings out several arguments associated with online education. Understanding e learning is important as far as considering in creating in structural and e-learning decisions. Advantages and disadvantages are concerned with the e-learning pros and cons in equal measures. This persuasive essay looks forward to the perspective related to education (Allen. and Seaman, 2016). E learning has its pros and cons, which need to be considered in its measure. Several organisations avail several types of training programs to the employees. One can provide the required training with an aim to send people to school, availing manuals, conducting in house training sessions and the self-study guides. In several situations, it is quite advantageous for people to use other forms of the online education rather than traditional training. It has been identified that there are both limitations as well as benefits but it is seen that several advantages such as online learning and computer based learning while comparing it to the traditional face-to-face lectures (Wang et al., 2019). Teachers open the doors but you have to enter by yourself With the application of online technology in every perspective of human life especially education. Individual does not need to create a physical building while learning something. There are several online learning methods to assist the education sector such as websites, online blogs, social media, and video based sites (Allen. and Seaman, 2016). Undoubtedly, online learning and education has been a growing trend, which outlines several features such as cheap transferring through easy modes. One can learn the classes through any of the sources and device they like. Although, several traditional schools and colleges have started to share their course through their online portals and they share free. It is an easy
and comfortable method of achieving knowledge is every field (Xu, Chen, and Ren, 2017). Most importantly, it saves time, which means you need not to take any taxi to your class. There is wider scope that each person can learn from anywhere he/she wants to. One can watch the videos while in train and during breaks and even from the home. It has fostered convenience, which includes learning in bed with the help of the content available in form the classes and tutorials. It lessens the boring and encourages boredom and getting ready and catching buses on time without tiring is another issues, while directly invites online learning (Surjono, Muhtadi, and Wahyuningsih, 2017). As far as the traditional learning is concerned, absenteeism can come into trouble and if your family knows that you are busy in your classes then it becomes difficult to catch the notes. Online learning avails resources in their hand with soft copy, which can be easily transferred through email, and other sharing applications. It has become one of low cost service includes renting the building, and utility bills, which is required to avail the students with learning facilities. Here, one can reach large audience at the same time by uploading the videos on YouTube. Learning platforms enable the content creator to reroute maximum people as possible in the world. Online learning classes avail supportive and flexible classes (Sriwidadi, Prabowo, and Riantini, 2018). In e learning, the personal features is the key to success, which helps to keep an eye on self-management skills such as discipline, punctuality, and dedication. There is no time boundaries while it is easy to squeeze any time from the daily schedule. The great substitute and alternate to the traditional methods. It further presents a way through which a student can boost the level of self- motivation and secure more knowledge apart from their core subject (Wang et al., 2019). Online learning is an effective way, which allow students to finish their homework and then engage in other hobby classes. E- Learning takes less time, as it does not only eliminate needs to commute in saving money and time too. A teacher does not need to repeat the same class again to different set of people. One can prepare the whole content and share it with the
several groups at the same time. E learning induce the students to take courses from the devices anywhere. Therefore, most people prefer to consume content with the help of internet. After considering the maximum suitability of the people, who already uses news, articles, magazines, book appointments, and other TV shows? The concept of online learning classes was launched. Face-to-face interaction is quite possible that there is a live interaction between teacher and student. Interaction helps to learn from the learners too by sitting in the same class. Moreover, it is not possible that the student will not accomplish self-discipline, do their homework, stand, and then listen to the instructor. Face-to-face learning has been readily identified ad real way of learning (Sriwidadi, Prabowo, and Riantini, 2018). While taking the action in against of the motion for the e learning, it is seen that E-learning has been incredibly powerful tool, which embraced several business. E-learning platform leads to less engagement, less personal and less effective in procedure (Anshari, Alas, and Guan, 2016). Furthermore, e learning does not create any force by the teachers then it leads to no self-discipline. Due to inherent freedom, e learning leads to no personality personality as it lacks class communication. No discipline leads to switching off all the fully engaged material and the task, which can undergo irresistible gravitational pulling to bottom of listing. This lacks flexibility where only specific skills can be transferred and other more skills and competence cannot be transferred (Davis, Gough, and Taylor, 2019). It is quite difficult to regulate the online classes regularly. The inputs from the teachers is not that specific because it is structured in such a way that it cannot focus on every specific student. Instant student feedback is highly valuable, which is invisible. While checking the papers, the teachers keep in mind that the kids have already been using the computer and they are not monitored at every time, which they could potentially plagiarise reports. Online students are often forced to become self-disciplined, which remain engaged in classes but during e learning, classes cannot be monitored in class. Online learning needs more self-discipline and further it will

benefit the learners. Small groups can be developed only through off learning sessions. At the schools, the students learn to make friends and get above disappointments. Competition amongst the colleagues can be stimulating and finally the students will get the benefit. Another more disadvantage, it is seen that online courses must cope up with students while trying discussion (Anshari, Alas, and Guan, 2016). However, the resulting consequence of issues related to plagiarism and cheating, it is seen that with e learning, the issues can be resolved by random questions, set a proper timer, and use of the concept-oriented questions. Online learning system is seen as the complement and the extension of classical learning. It is seen that not even the best online courses can replace personal contact with teacher, human relationship, which is developed in the group (Anshari, Alas, and Guan, 2016). Conclusion It has been seen that one can request data from the schools regarding the choice of e learning such as instructional technology, locating instructional designs, and design partners in degree programs in area. After knowing the advantages and disadvantages, it is seen that it assists in selection of learning software in the area. Furthermore, it is seen that online learning turns out as more practical. On a concluding note, I am against the motion where e learning brings out several disadvantages and it is outweighed in against to the advantages. Self-discipline cannot delegated and acquired, where it will benefit the learners beyond the learning portion. Isolation among the kids create a sense of depression and other anxiety issues, which can be solved only by combining different types of learnings so that it can at least foster maximum interaction between students. Although we are not arguing that traditional, learning must be stopped at all but it is important to notice the importance of online learning, which is also not a great idea. For instance- teachers and the trainers must use a blend approach so that school and college can combine both the approaches to maximise the results.
