The major objective of the project is to develop the questionnaire related to the work
climate measurement in a retail store.
b) Scope
The proper development of the questionnaire with the usage of the different theories
on the work climate and the same questionnaire is required to be distributed to the different
employees of various levels in the retail store. Moreover, the respective questionnaire needs
to be analyzed and the report needs to be presented regarding the work-related climate of the
respective company on the performance of the different employees who are employed in the
company.

The overall budget of the entire completion of the project is around Australian dollar
550,000.
d) Duration
The entire duration of the project for the work climate questionnaire includes four to
five months on a maximum which will be capable of completing the task within the specified
timeline.

which is mainly aligned with the governance of the company’s model. It helps in
encompassing the overall project lifecycle and moreover, it is capable of providing the
