global presence of enterprise. Moreover, Clethan clothing enterprise will provide the various
type of product as well as service. It including both women and men casual wear. The primary
aim is to increase productivity as well as profitability in global marketplace.

There are different types of issue or problem identified within Clethan clothing enterprise.
1. Warehousing issue: Clethan clothing firm has been carried out the various benchmarking
exercise so that it is directly effect on the price/cost of production. Many potential
consumers are mainly focused on the price of particular item. On the other hand, it has
increased demand of both men and women clothing in marketplace. Sometimes, it will be
