This article presents a case study analysis of a student with poor production of written text. It discusses the difficulties in learning, the description of the problem, problem analysis, decision-making in developing an intervention, interventions to solve the problem, and monitoring and assessment. The article suggests interventions such as occupation therapy, educational therapy, accommodation, writing personal narratives and other stories, developing planning and organizing skills, peer tutoring, and daily instructions. The article concludes by emphasizing the importance of monitoring and assessment to track the progress of the learner.
