term of creating transparency between suppliers and customers. Firm may take each step towards
building strong bond with suitable and trust worthy suppliers which in return maintain supply
chain relationship between company and its suppliers or distributors (Brun, Karaosman and
Barresi, 2020). It is quite beneficial and useful initiative that company may take. Furthermore,
along with this, its management may approach to maintain and manage customer relations which
in return increase loyal customer base, even better than rivals that has been operated in similar
industry from longer time to gain competitive edge and become market leader, which is not that
easy to be.
It can be critically evaluated that managing business to business relationships for example
supply chain and consumer relation is beneficial for brand, but not easy while conducting
