INTRODUCTION
Midwifery practice is mainly associated with a value that only mainly guides the manner in
which midwife provide significant care. They are most appropriate care providers in which they
attend women during the period of birth, pregnancy, labour and the post natal period. It has been
evaluated that a good job is basically accomplished when patient was provided with an effective
care. Main goal of midwifery care is to provide better professional services and high quality of
care (McKellar and et. al., 2020). It has been determined that midwife and nurses are one of the
most important and largest health workforce those who are closely providing their services to
patients and contribute their effort in delivering healthcare priorities. Nurses and midwife plays
most important role in public health care and effectively contributes their contribution in the
division of health system. Main motive of this practice involve practices in which effective care
as well as services is being provided. In United Kingdom midwifery status is higher compared to
other countries, they deliver excellent services with individualized care, safe and high quality in
every time and every woman. This country welcomes diversity without making any variation in
midwifery outcomes and standards. In terms with case loading it is termed as practice in which
every midwifery is being allocated with some certain number of case loads (women) to arrange
their working life around the need of case loading. This report is conducted to critically discuss
evidences that supports and challenges case loading as a model of midwifery care. In addition to

there are number of improvement being made by Healthcare Organisation in order to enhance
quality of life of a child and the mother. midwife is the most prominent role in health care system
as in this midwife are associated with the role of providing high quality and safety services to the
women’s during pregnancy by assisting them with best professional skills. In addition to this it
has been identified that midwife professional also effectively contribute in providing
professional services related to improving both internal and nonmetal health. Thus, it is essential
to establish a good interaction or communication among midwife and physician in order to get
you an effective assistance plan (Greig, 2020). In addition to this that has been identified that the
recent popularity of the care model is basically conducted on therapeutic continuity that has been
raised from certain form of question related to the reliability of midwife caseload care model. It
has been underlined that one of the excellent examples is being provided by the Emilia Romagna
Region that effectively identifies the autonomy of midwife for taking charge of pregnant woman

Present research analysis is being conducted on the objective of using midwife care
characteristics model in the world as well as in Iran and make investigation of its challenges
within country (Lewis, 2020). In order to conduct this research online data bases materials,
several websites, interpretation and search of every care model is being done. However the main
challenges faced at the time of application and designing of this care models in Iran. It has been
identified that boundary between midwife breaker models and care models in which is mainly

number of women are highly satisfied with the services that are being provided by midwife.
Furthermore according to the analysis it has been identified that a significant reduction an
undesirable outcome for babies and mother that significantly provide empowerment of women.
Thus, in context with the analysis it has been identified that midwife care more is acting as one
of the most efficient way through which high quality services is being provided to women with
the choice of childbirth and delivery method. This is enhancing quality care system and
satisfaction of women in a well defined and effective manner. They are number of application of
midwifery care model is being done that enhance knowledge culture and believe of each region.
This model is becoming one of the most effective measures for constant protection and safety is
being provided to mother during childbirth.
According to the definition of international confederation of midwife it has been identified that
midwife is mainly defined as an individual who is authorised with this responsibility of midwife
free training up in the residential country divided services with the help of midwife free
profession under Global standards. It has been identified that responsibility is like postpartum
care, pregnancy, labour, and care of baby and woman is being performed by midwife. In addition

to the analysis it has been identified that with the efficient care and support of a midwife women
enjoyed companionship that helps them to have natural birth. Midwife free care model defined as
dealing with labour natural process, emotional, experience and provide care to for women in an

important factors of their vision through which they can conduct their roles and responsibility in
a well defines and effective manner. Leadership is one of the most important elements for any
organisation and health care services are no different. It is essential for every individual who are
offering their services in Healthcare segment to have efficient leadership and as well as styles in
order to drive their services in an effective manner and reach towards end goals. It has been
identified that midwife practice requires proper examination and monitoring of pregnant woman,
exercising their requirements, write care plans, carry screen testing and provide emotional
support to women during their pregnancy period. Thus with the help of having leadership
qualities midwife practices can be conducted in a well defined and effective manner. It is
essential to be a good midwifery leader to communicate the vision with others while encouraging
them in an effective manner. With the help of skills, knowledge and expertise midwifery leader
can lead a team in an effective manner. In order to provide efficient care to women and babies it
is essential to have certain competencies in order to conduct clinical leadership role.

midwifery leader to effectively manage team. This can be done with the help of certain qualities
like having mission, impulsion, intelligence, trust, passion, charisma, passion and a deep
commitment to their belief. It is essential for a good midwifery leader to be trustworthy in order
to effectively encourage and inspire other midwife team members in order to effectively
accomplish midwife roles and responsibilities with full potential. With the help of these
leadership qualities efficient care can be provided to women’s in more efficient manner.
Leadership quality will effectively facilitate to conduct roles and responsibilities in a formative
manner with high competencies. It has been identified that with the help of transformational
leadership styles midwifery leaders can effectively encourage and influence other individual and
team. Midwife is one of the most important clinical role in which it is essential to have great
supervision of leaders (Darling, McCourt and Cartwright, 2020). Thus with the help of these
qualities midwifery leader can effectively accomplish their objectives at great extent and can
undertake necessary leadership potential in order to strengthen their roles and responsibilities

effectiveness. With the help of these leadership qualities midwifery leaders can overcome
challenges that are arising from modernization of maternity service and can inspire and motivate
team in an effective manner. Different type of leadership skill will allow midwifery leaders to
cope up with change and enhance the effectiveness of their responsibilities by providing high
motivation within team. Thus, strong team working and effective communication skill allow
midwifery leaders to effectively maintain a vision to empower women and encourage their
knowledge on continuous basis in order to protect the safety of women and babies in their care.
CONCLUSION
As per the above mentioned report it has been identified that Midwifery involves services
and practices of delivering high quality maternity services with effective standards and strong
values of Health Service reforms. It has been identified that there are a number of reforms take
place in health service sector with an aim to enhance efficiency and improve quality, safety and
women experience that has been felt by them in every maternity service. Midwife involves
vision of providing individualized care and offer services to women. On addition to this it has
been underlined that Midwifery involves practices like providing necessary advice, support in
care to women during postpartum period, pregnancy and Labour time. They are also responsible
for the role of providing efficient care for the infant or new born by detecting early complications
in child and mother. With the help of efficient knowledge, skills of medical care midwife provide
number of high-quality services. Furthermore it has been identified that midwife act is being
enforced by UK legislations with an aim to protect the public and promote efficient high-quality
and standard practices to support this profession. Along with this it is essential for a good
advisory leader to conduct roles and responsibilities and guidance to other individual with value
in order to have high quality emphasize upon providing services to mother and baby. Midwife is
one of the most important roles that have been played by nurses and midwives in which they
provide high quality eternity care for women in a well-defined an effective manner. In addition
to this with help of different skills and efficiency midwife provide high quality care in which
they play most essential role in ensuring health of mother as well as baby.
