-Most effective approach would be to seek help from the students for the promotion of the
videos, filming as well as editing of the same. The selected students for video editing should
have some experience in video shoot, editing and also publication of videos. This will cut cost on
hiring of professionals from outside the institution. Also students taking part learn on how to
campaign for a particular course.
-A sub-committee to plan on all the activities that the videography team will undertake. The
subcommittee will make major decision that will affect the video production team.
-Among the selected students, an interviewer will be picked to for the recorded interview on
camera. The interviewer will pose questions to a nutritionist who will be the interviewee.
-A videographer for the video recording of the interview and a Video editing team to create a
clear cut of the video recording of the interview.
-A nutritionist is also needed to explain negative impacts of not eating healthy on a short video
recorded interview. The nutritionist will be engaged lengthy during the interview to give a
thorough and clear guideline on how to go about taking a balanced diet

tasked with find a balance between fast foods and health meals. He/ She (the nutritionist) will

to prepare for the case of a healthy diet. Cooks will be engaged in preparing meals planed by the
nutritionist. The will have to look for all ingredients required for the meal to be prepared.
-Volunteer students can take up the role of cooks. Even though they have volunteered, they will
have to take up light task that will not take too much of their time to prepare. The will allow
them time to study as well.
-Venue preparation personnel. That is requesting a group of students to help in the arrangement
of the venue for the contest. This will involve planning out how the hall will look like during the
contest day.
-Judges to rule on the winner or winners in case of team competition during the healthy eating
habits/diet contest. Random students can be selected to do the honors. A minimum number of
five judges will be requires to be in the judge panel. An odd number of judges should be picked
so as not to have equal vote count.

-Production room for filming and editing of the video. This could be any room within the school
than can be easily customized to be a proper work area. The room should be well decorated for
the case of interviews. Internet access and power source is required for the editing process of the
interviews and short video clips for the purpose of creating awareness within the school and its
surroundings
- Coach, office chairs, coffee table and office desk to be used in the room. This are to help make
the working space comfortable to use. The coach and the coffee table will be used during the

interview. Office chair and office desk will be used by the team that will be editing the interview
video.
Refreshments for the videography team.

-Meeting room fully furnished where the committee will be meeting continuously as they plan

-Chairs and tables to be used during the contest. Where audience and participants will seat during
the contest.
