INTRODUCTION
Talent management is referring to the constant procedure that includes attracting as well as
retaining high quality of employees, developing worker’s skills and at the same time also
motivating them to improve their productivity level at working area. Basically, the main purpose
of managing talent is to create a motivated workforce so that long term success can be easily
attained (Vaiman and et. Al., 2018). In this manager of the company focus on increasing
employee involvement and influence them to take initiative to give their best efforts for
accomplishment of all the set goals and objectives in stipulated time frame. Current project is
based in Apple Inc. is an American multinational technology that operate their business in over
the world. It designs, develop and sell consumers computer software, electronics and online
services. Company also focus on managing their talent to successfully operating their business at
global level.

It is formal document that mainly explains how project is going to carried out. This mainly
outlines scope, budget, timeline, goals and the deliverables of project. It is necessary for keeping
project on the track in an effective manner. The project management plan is necessary because
this assures the proper expectations which set around what can be provided and when (van den
Broek, Boselie and Paauwe, 2018). The better project managers should able to be negotiate the
reasonable and the achievable deadlines. The different aspects regarding project management
plan mention below:
Cost- It is one of the main factor in the project management plan that is essential to
undertake the project related activities in substantial way. In relation to Apple organisation, they
needed around £200 in order to doing the whole project activities.
Scope- It is compulsory for a company to define scope of project on the basis of study and
trying to find out the effective ways. In regards to Apple company, it will analyse the way to find
out the talented employees at workplace and also sustain them at workplace in different countries
in which company is currently operating. the main focus of Apple company is to provide the
better services to customers through online so that they can be satisfied.
Time- This aspect of project management plan is related to time period that an
organisation needed to finishing project activities successfully. This will help in gaining the
positive outcomes of project within set period of time. For complete all the project related
activities, there will be requirement of 3 to 4 months. From this, company can able to expand its
business at global level by hiring talented employees.
Quality- It is based to the services quality which an organisation is going to offer to end
customers in order to satisfy their needs and demands in an effective manner. In context to
Apple, it adopts the different ways to make improvement in quality of its products (Koch, Gerber
and De Klerk, 2018). To improving quality at large scale, company need to hire the well trained
employees, adopt the advanced technology which help in make the quality of products better and
satisfy customer requirements.
Communication- It is related to process that company used to interacting with the
customers and employees as well. Apple company used the different communication ways to
interact with the employees such as E- mail, telephone and other ways. For communication with
the customers, company used different social media channels.

Risk- This is related with the activities in project and find out the effective ways to
overcome from them in significant manner (Gope, Elia and Passiante, 2018). There are different
risks included in the project such as technological, human resource, financial and others.
Resources- These are helpful in doing the project in right direction. The effective
resources are helpful in completion of project successfully in right direction. The different
resources required for doing the project are manpower, financial resources, technological and
many more. These all the resource will help in completing the activities of project and getting the
positive outcomes effectively.

In the project management, Work breakdown structure is deliverable oriented project
breakdown in to the small components. It mainly organises work of a team in to the manageable
sections. This is one of the effective tool that mainly use technique and necessary project
management documents. The Work breakdown structure is corner store of better project related
planning, monitoring, controlling and also reporting. All work can be contained within Work
breakdown structure is to be determines, scheduled and also budgeted.

It is a kind of the bar char that mainly illustrate project schedule. This is used in the
project management and useful tool that showing the activities against time. In Gantt chart, each
activity is signified through bar, length and position of bar mainly reflects begin date, duration
and the end date regarding activity (Foster and et. Al., 2017). Other than this, Gantt chart is
visual view of the schedule of task over period of time. It is applied for development the projects
of all the sized and they are more beneficial way of presentation about work scheduled to be
done in particular time period. The main purpose of this tool is to assisting in planning and also
scheduling project of all the sized although they are useful for simplifying the difficult project.
