Re: Member’s Meeting
Pursuant to Section 249 C of the Corporations Act 2001, I would like to inform all members
that there will be a meeting in the next 21 days. The venue for the meeting will be at the
company’s Boardroom.
The main purpose of the meeting is to allow members to vote and appoint one new director
to the company Board. Members who will not have the opportunity to appear physically
have the right to appoint a proxy as stipulated by Section 249 of the Corporations Act 2001.
