INTRODUCTION Business and business environmental is a sum or collection of both internal and external factors such as employees, consumers and their needs and wants, management, client and suppliers. Environment is an important factor but due to different situations or circumstances it changes rapidly. Factors such as advance technology make it easier to do business at global level. To get sustainability in business environment organisation have to adhere with social responsibility and ethics. MAIN BODY Identify and discuss the micro and macro environmental factors that are driver of change in global business environment. Business environment is one of the important factor that helps to compete in adverse situations and give platform to satisfy needs and wants of consumers. There are different micro andmacrofactors thatinfluences theglobal businessenvironment. Duetoglobalization organisations deals in different nations simultaneously. In that situation organisation have to operate with different laws and regulations. Every country have different political system that impacts that how business run in that situations (De Castro,Khavuland Bruton,2014.). Various trade treaties and agreements have the factor that brings changes in environment. In economic factors consist of changes in economic structure and systems. While deal in different countries they have different operating system such as operating in USA the norms of capitalism and free market system that helps in mobility in various functions. In recent changes some major changes occurs in global market and economy such as in Asian countries that source of manufacturing, in that case labour is cheap and cost of production also low in comparison to cost
of production in other continents (Hillary . ed., 2017). In micro factors consist of individuals that are part of internal structure of an organisation in which customers, competitors, employees, suppliers, shareholders and media and social media are the most important factors that emphasis on bringing changes in organisation. For an organisation while dealing in global level they have to keenly observe the taste and preferences of consumers and develop an environment which is preferable for all the consumer base. In context of global leader and organisation which work at all over the world have to change in their works and procedure style and work accordingly. In another case when an organisation deals at global scale they have to by accessing proper skills and talent of personnel and accordingly choose best out of them so that they can give their best in organisational development. While lead in global market organisation have to frame rules and regulations accordingly so that all can adopt them in well manner and culture should be according to the nature of work activities so that they can imply it in daily life and can give their best in organisational development. At global level organisation have to frame rules and policies that work in self-respect of everyone and take care about competitors policies and mould products accordingly (Junttila and de Sauvage, 2013.). Reason behind the importance of an individual and organisations to manage responsibility, sustainability by solving ethical, social and cultural issues. To achieve success and desirable outcomes organisation have to take care about some importantfactors inwhich higherauthoritieshaveto takecareabouttheresponsibility, sustainability. These factors should be necessary for managing various issues in which cultural, economic and environmental issues that are major concerns for anorganisation and elimination of that issues is very obligatory to gain effective results. To reach at desirable outcomes and goals organisation have to distribute roles and responsibilities so that everyone can give their bestinachievingorganisationalgoalsandobjectives.Whendistributionofpowerand responsibility is in right manner then employees should be capable in giving their best efforts. On other hand all factors are interrelated to each other to bring sustainability in organisation, employees have to distribute accurate roles and responsibilities (Gunnand Taylor,2014.). Thereare some issuesthat arise in organisation which createshurdles in organisational development and enhancement such as while dealing in international market people from different backgrounds come to give their work and skills in that case organisation have to give suitable work environment in which all the employees can adjust and gives their best in

Sometimes in organisation social issues arise that hinders self- interest of organisation, such as when an organisation produce goods and services which abide their moral values and ethics so it harms value of the organisation and impacts negatively. Ethics is an important part of organisation which varies from organisation to organisation and to gain large market share organisation have to build products that are according to consumer’s ethics. In ethical issues consist in which some countries prefer non vegetarian food and some do not like or prefers to consume non vegetarian food in that case organisation have to by observing taste and ethical behaviour prepare food and other eatable products so that they can give their best in organisational goals. In case of an organisation which deals in international market have to take care about all issues and concerns that possibly hinders their self-interest and con firmly degrade their self-interest (Millerand Blackler, 2017). Micro and macro environment with ethical and cultural dimensions affect in both positive and negative environment of the business to eradicate negative effect on business organisation have to take some necessary steps that proved fruitful in organisational growth and enhancement. CONCLUSION From the above essay it has been concluded that business and business environment is an important factor that influence business and its proceedings. There are some factors that become the driver of changes inbusinessthatismicroandmacrofactorsthatemphasistobringchanges.Tobring sustainability in organisation, they have to take care about the ethical, moral and social issues and build products accordingly.
