operations of MyGroser Company because if the employees of MyGroser Company are not
motivated, then they cannot operate towards optimum standards of efficiency and performance
that is expected of them, hampering the overall productivity and profit margins of the business
on the retail markets of Malaysia. In order to effectively motivate the employees within
MyGroser Company, its HR has incorporated the use of Herzberg’s two factor theory of
motivation into the operations of the business organisation. Based on this model, the HR of
