for the diagnosis conducted on the patient

towards appropriate health standards
 To avoid inconveniences in emergencies by maintaining digital and
mobile records of all patients
 To manage medicines by mapping the products with the diseases and
ailments they are meant to cure.
 To help clients with effective patient care
 To help in efficient utilization of resources resulting to cost reductions

Stakeholders
The four different stakeholders the information system aims to serve are:
 Decision Makers
The system presents a separate interface for business goals and how much business is meeting them
The productivity and progress reports of various departments are also summarized and presented through tables and metrics
 Marketing Department
Presents a dedicated interface for providing information regarding consumer interest and performance of marketing strategies
Enables the staff in creating appropriate content for a given product (Gomber, Koch and Siering 2017)
 R&D Department
Provides dedicated interface on effectiveness of product offerings against the ailments they are meant to serve
Provides custom tools for identifying the essential elements behind the strong performing health systems and medical products
 Consumer
Provides the web portal through which consumers can seamlessly interact with the company thus making the data they desire
more transparent
Provides custom app to be used in mobile devices like laptops, tables and phones for quick access of patient data during
emergencies
