Business Goals
OZ Dispatch aims to deploy the
changes in their network to
generate more revenue.
It aims to enable live video
conversations and audio/video
sessions to members from the
portal.
The company wishes to bring
mobility within the network so more
productivity is attained on the go.
The company also wants to add
multi-layered security to the
network.

Technical Goals
Technical goals include the network
of OZ Dispatch to be made scalable
to support future expansions.
The major network address space
should be large enough to make
networks available for newer nodes
to the network.
Network performance is heavily
dependent on traffic so steps to
maintain traffic of the network in
acceptable levels (Han et al. 2015).
Security of the network is of
paramount importance and hence
steps to prevent them security risks
to the network is to be taken.

The four different user communities
identified for OZ Dispatch are:
Managing Director
Managers
Operational Staff
Delivery Staff
The additional users that will be
needed by the network of OZ
Dispatch – network administrators
belong to the operational staff.
