INTRODUCTION
This report is based on a professional portfolio and creating a career development plan
that helps to identify potential skills and knowledge (Atanasoff, 2019). Professional portfolio is a
collection of those work they provide a true and clear picture of a particular candidate for a
specific job. The purpose of professional portfolio is created of relevant documents or
information regarding talents, skills and charts your business growth. It is necessary to chosen a
leading area like searching job opportunities and prepare a CV to a specific field for a particular
job. Various topics are covered in this report such as Potential skills and knowledge, Swot
analysis, Career objectives and Curriculum vitae.
PART 1
Career Development Plan:
The term career development plan is said to be that determine short and long term goals
for future period. It is a procedure to an individual plan of a person to achieve a goals and
objectives (Chandra, 2017). To develop a plan for career they assist the employees for achieving
a better goals and objectives in an enterprise. For students, career plan is like what they have
learned about yourself and what type of career plan they decide to discover various jobs. To
prepare a structured career development plan I have identify some potential skills and
knowledges for working in a firm as professional manager. For this, I have conducted a swot
analysis to determine my strength and weaknesses which help me to boost a upcoming
development plans.

be identified for these goals are as mentioned below:

of organisation such as employees, board of directors, managers and staffs.

Potential and Relevant Qualifications:
Having a certain aspect of potential and relevant qualification is also important to choose
a better career path (Masters, 2016). These qualifications are helpful to choose a path of my
career and I need to acquire certain qualifications. Various qualifications for choosing a better
career plan are as mentioned below:
ď‚· I have a BBA degree of graduation in banking and equity services.
ď‚· I have a MBA degree for further advancement as I aspire a work in reputed firm as a
professional manager.
ď‚· I m capable to work as manager because I have all the skills and experience that are
necessary for working in reputed firm with best degrees and facing all the challenges
which help me to face difficult situations.
Career Objectives:
To decide a carer objective which helps to utilise skills and knowledge to making a
important contribution for success of enterprise. In present, I have two career objectives one is
short term and other one is long term goal are as mentioned below:
Short term goal: To work in a reputed firm as a professional manager with great skills and
knowledge for handling management functions (Pagdin, and Hardy, 2017).
Long term goal: To set up a my company in England using SMART method:

manner.

work for 7 years only to improve my experience and
skills to open my own firm.

appropriate to a current time period. I have a degree
of graduation in banking and equity services for 2
years experience so it will help to reach me a better
position in England.

Internet is a global wide network that are uses in many different ways (Pendharkar and Cusatis,
2018. In this, files are transferred searching various job profiles with different streams. I can use
internet information because it provides me direct information at different different enterprise.

various jobs. Agent are the third party that works between candidates and organisation. The main
purpose of this agency is to meet those customers who are required for the jobs. There are
multiple business who worked or act as an employment agent and if you get a job through this
agency, then you can become a employee in an employment agency. It is a private firm their
services are available may charged fees for both employee and worker.
Walk-ins or Write ins: The term walk in means an individual person can go to the
organisation without any invitation they can directly see through internet or any other job portals.
The term write ins means person who submit their resume or CV unrequested. Firm can choose
randomly applications to check their CV or resumes of candidates or either visiting the firm and
mailing CV on a firm mail id.
Advertisements: It is a medium where organisations or any other institution promote our
products or launching something through various sites like TV, newspaper etc. Some
organisations provide ads regarding various jobs through such as newspapers, media, job portals,
several job sites like naukri jobs, LinkedIn and many more.
Online job portals: The term job portals is a network based practical application which
help to user for find a best job with his preferred location and his same stream work profile. It is
a platform where candidate create profile and post your CV on this portals for searching job
vacancies. Some of the best portals like monster, LinkedIn, naukri jobs and many more.
