On the basis of note 1, communication is an important factor for every organization, there
are numerous times when communication breaks down and it affects the project. An example of
it is mentioned below.
In a specific project that had been provided to a particular person, the manager allows the
authority of engaging various co-workers for help in the project. the deadline is due two weeks
and the project leader would require around 10 days for compiling the data, the leader leaves a
note on the desk of a colleague for getting the required data as soon as possible (Nemiro, 2016).
It was expected that the note would be checked and the resources would be collected. After 2
days, the leader asked for the resources and found out that the team member did not have any
idea regarding the note. This gap in communication among themselves might lead to the missing
of deadline by assuming and being ambiguous that as soon as possible means similar things to
others.

Virtual teams are the ones that do not interact with the employees Trust is the key to any
relationship, working with virtual teams often face problems due to trust issues among the
employees. In the virtual teams, face- to- face communication rarely occurs and hence there are
fewer chances that trust would grow among them. There has been a situation where a specific
project had to be carried out with the help of coordination among teams and virtual teams Della.
The coordination did not go well and the project had failed (Muldoon, 2018). Main reason for
which the project failed was ineffective leadership. The coordination was so poor that the teams
did not meet their performance objectives as well as deliverables. Due to ineffective

communication and leadership the relation between the teams had been damaged. The virtual
team was not cooperative at all; they proceeded with the project according to their understanding
and did not refer to the leader regarding any doubts. Moreover the members of virtual teams did
not have enough technical knowledge which was not known by the team leader because there
have not been any face to face interaction with the members.

Being a part of global team helps employees to gain various advantages, being able to
work in a specific project for all the time is one of them, suppose a team situated in USA is
working on a specific software project and its sends its completed part to a different team that is
situated in Dubai for the purpose of testing. The part of the project is screened by them and then
a report is sent regarding if there is any issue or a bug related to the project. This helps in
accelerating the release of any project as well as allows short time for the purpose of
development (Dulebohn & Hoch, 2017). This would also help the business to respond to the
requirements of global as well as local markets. The respond can be provided without consuming
much time. Being a part of a global team would also help the employees in providing numerous
opportunities. In various cases, the employees that are highly qualified have rejected to work and
be a part of a specific organization because they do not prefer in staying abroad or they are not
ready to shift family. It is very feasible for these professionals to work from their own state
without relocating. They can stay in touch with their families along with doing other household
chores and work on their project.
