INTRODUCTION
The term public health system consists to all public, private entities for delivering their
crucial health services to customers within a control (Bargain and Aminjonov, 2020). It ensures

that there is a different entity which contributes to public health and well being throughout of
nation. For this assessment chosen country is Vietnam which describes public health system. It
covers various topics such as how public health system is organized and funded, how Vietnam
perform in order to WHO to key building blocks, public health system reforms to improve
weaknesses in system.

How the public health system is both organised and funded
Public health system is funded which is paid by government programs and basically it
included private health insurance plans and person owns funds are to be included (Herrenkohl,
2019). Public health system is a collection of all organized actions which prevents disease, long
life and promotes health care services for an efficiency of those people who are interested in
health care system. The ratio of GDP that spending on health care goods and services as compare
to total economy can vary due to various differences which will impact on overall growth of the
economy. Public health system is very important due to long life of various patients and health
issues are prevented, individuals spend more than years in good health conditions. It helps to
detect various issues related to health and respond suitably to avoid such development of
diseases. The U.S had a highest percentage on gross domestic product in 2018 and nearly 17%
GDP on health care services. The health care a system is should be organized into primary,
secondary and various tertiary levels of basis. Public health promotes and provides a whole
population just to ensure that there is a security and protects from disease which is distribute for
the whole world. Funding of health care services are described in five fund health services are as
follows:

 Private medical insurance
 Social insurance and compulsion of law
