Roles of managers and identification of customer is also done. Future plans of the company and how it could attain success in future will be scrutinized. Business plan: Part 1 1: New business venture Tempser works as a bridge between the company who requires workforce and candidates who needs a job. Job allotment is done after analysing skills and knowledge of the candidates and find out the job where they can fit into. Different types of product offered by Tempser is, Personal placement services:In this Tempser hired the candidates for their own company and then they are sent on a on-site work and after completion, candidates are again sent to some other company for their work(Burns and Dewhurst, 2016). Staffing services:In this, Tempser hire the job seekers for other company and charges commission from the company. Management executives search:Tempser work is to find the right replacement of executive person in a company. This role is more of a job hunter job. Tempser is using AI technology for scanning the candidates according to the job requirements given by other company. It can also help Tempser to gain competitive advantage over others as AI search is accurate and precise while searching the right candidates which will help them to increase their effectivity and efficiency(Macaulay, 2018). 1.1: Business type Tempser business type is company as it helps them while paying tax on their earnings. Overall tax paid in the partnership firm is more as compare to sole proprietorship. Chances of conflict while conducting the business is high in partnership whereas in company, decision taken by the owner is the final decision.

For instance, if any other company needs 5 candidates for a week in their office to accomplish a specific task then Tempser provide them candidates according to their skills and capabilities and charges their pay according to the working hours. Marketing associate:Associate work is to manage the marketing strategies made by the owner and post different post on social media to increase brand awareness and equity in the market. Branch manager:Manager work is to manage whole office and give training to their staff so that they can excel in their specific work. Roles of managers are, To meet the client personally and sell their products after cold calling from the sales associate. To provide the training and development sessions to their staff. Zero hour contract workers:This type of contract is between employer and employee in which employer is not bound to provide specific salary to their worker and employee is not bound to work with a specific company. Salary are given on the basis of hours employees has worked for the company(Ross and Byrd, 2015).
