A study of Conflict Management Strategies of ADNOC Group 1Executive SummaryThis paperwork relays the methodology and research of the development professionals from the University. The research was performed in order to define and develop an assessment tool to monitor assessment. After in-depth work on research groups, & case studies, the team was able to reach a working definition of “Conflict Management Strategies of ADNOC Group” “The work setting where people work co-individually ethically, socially & with job responsibility.” With that definition and the research in mind, the team hashed out a framework. The assessment tool was built to include the categories of conflicts, social security, opportunity, issues, communication standards adopted, working management styles and conflicts internally as well externally. Feedback from the presentations and subsequent interviews served to edit and condense the indicators into the five, broader, categories. The final assessment is conducted based on advocacy, availability of conflicts, issues & their resolution.
