In terms of employee’s professional career this term has affect in different manner and they are liable to manage those stress as well.Stressalsogivennegativelyintermsoflowerthe performance workplace stress derives from many sources. From past few decades, stress is emerging as an increasing in the organizations due to high competition level. Present research will be based on to identify the impact of stress on employee health performance. Stress is the only reason due to which people suffering from headache, anxiety, irritation etc. On the other hand, stress is the situation in which employee cannot perform or abide his duty into appropriate manner. Stress itself is the most powerful conditions where the apparent outcome and the preferred outcome both are equally important and unknown at same time. 1.2 Problem Statement The present study based on to identifying the stress on employee health performance. That has been highly facing by the DigiTelecom employees. This present study showing the issues that facing employees in terms of physical health, work performance and some other crucial areas. This also affect the major challenging effective growth outcomes and effective management task in terms of goals. Due to high work stress employee feel do not valued and cause performance to decline. The outcomes from the stress are emotional exhaustion, negative self-evaluation, lowered self-esteem which directly associated with work stress. For that, it is important to conduct present study in order to analyse the solution and providing better solution target goals. 1.3 Research Rationale The main purpose of taking this topic is to enhance the work-related issues that creates stress in between the individual dealt with strange working scenario. Present research shows that they many kinds of different work stress excessive pressures that are compatible to workers into more effective developing task. The reason of stress is UN-manageable or unorganized work pressure that are not compatible to workers, knowledge and abilities. This is the reason where exactly stress has been started into the employee’s behaviour. Many of the research has been 1

To analyze the activities to reduce stress among the employees in the organization TomakerecommendationsforstressmanagementinDigiTelecomforfuture consideration. 1.5 Significance of the study Present research will be going to do critical research which contributes to stress and stress management in DigiTelecom. This present study will helpful to conduct work stress during the working performance, In order to meet out the research aims and objectives. Now a days Companies are get more advanced in terms of removing the stress in between employees or within work culture. Further research also presenting the reasons of stress and methods to get over from those challenges as well (LePine and et.al., 2016). In terms of employees, it is important for them to adopt some physical and psychological methods of reducing stress goals. The main purpose of this research is to make the productive future plans or actions in order to influence the manageable work culture and productive outcome goals. 1.6 Identification of key terms. Stress :Stress is the main term that has been used in all overall the research which is the biological terms which is the reason of ineffective behavioral respond of employees. Stress is the gesture which impact negative impact on the mind of human and created some issues in their mental and physical level. Job performance :Job performance is an individual level variable, or the task that individual performed in within the company environment. Job performance is the role or responsibility of an individual as per their role and responsibility in between the company 2
environment. This also helps to make the better outcomes and effective management target and influencing leading functional task for the betterment of the company performance. Attitude :An attitude might be positive and negative and effective management targets and effective tools and techniques (Ross, 2017).Positive attitude is always helps to give the positive impact and effective goals and effective management outcomes to promote the better goals and services. Attitude is a predisposition or a tendency to respond positively or negatively into positive manner. 1.7 Structure of the dissertation Chapter 1: Introduction :In this chapter of research, researcher has been given brief summary about the related topic. It also has been presenting significance, aims and objectives, rationale study of the opted research. Chapter 2: Literature Review: In this chapter leaner read and collected secondary data through existing theoriesas literature regarding the chosen research topic. It is mobile service provider in Malaysia. It is the another matter of fact that helps to describe the better developing and better resourceful growth. Company having 2500 employees in the company with well specific job and with new environment. It also helps to sustain the better objective growth, it also helps to make the better fast growing performance and best target market effective performance of work. Study will collect the secondary data on the basis of this makes the better advancing goals. This makes the better advancing services and better opportunity growth.
