INTRODUCTION
As a student or the employee it is very important to continuous develop the career in order to
evolve the personality and the current skills for the better opportunity and to ensure the long-
term learning and development as a professional. In order to develop a career the career
development planning is very important which will ensure the complete process by which an
individual can enhance and improve its current skills or develop the new skills and knowledge in
order to increase its occupational status and to attend the career advancement opportunities
(Altejar and Javed, 2021). Self reflection is a strong tool to analyse the current skills strengths
and weaknesses that can be converted into the opportunities for the future growth and
development. The present report will contain the personal analysis of the employer on the basis
of the current skills, knowledge and experience in the professional and the academic life. The
report will also highlight career action plan showcasing the short-term and long-term actions
with the smart objective and also contain the curriculum vitae and the LinkedIn profile for the
HR manager job profile.

Personal Analysis
Personal analysis refers to the self reflection of the self analysis for identifying the personal
skills knowledge and experience in the field of academics and professional career analyse the
various factors that can impact to the current and future job role. It was identified during my
course of study that there are the various skills and experiences that can impact my HR manager
job role in the Marks and Spencer. Working as a HR manager is my keen interest and I am
highly passionate and dedicated to work in Marks and Spencer as an HR manager. Used this
profession as my career because this profession of the correct balance between the top
management and the employees by which I can improve my productivity as well as organisations
productivity (Niemi and et. al., 2021.). As a HR manager I can strategic plan the activities for the
employees that will be meeting the objectives of the organisation and also I can work for the
welfare of the employees. I always wanted to work in a big multinational company and right now
the retail industry is at its post working in the Marks and Spencer will help me improve my
several skills by making me multitasking. I looked that various job hunting sites like LinkedIn,
indeed etc. Working in Marks and Spencer as an HR manager are required to learn and develop
