Reflective statement.
Aboriginal people are basically those people in the world who are discriminated and have
the worst history. That type of people basically cause the murder, goes through depression and
stolen their kids as well (Working with Aboriginal communities, 2022). As I have worked with
such people which makes me know that they used to face the several problems as they were
killed by the other people in the market. The history they tell me about them was very
devastating and this used to have bad impact on the society. These people used to have lack of
cultural knowledge which makes them to have backwardness in the society.
Report
By working with those people make me know that they have to report the things in the
market and the work they used to do in the society. There were some elements which includes
feelings, evaluation, analysis and conclusion were also included by working with them. By using
these elements this helps me to know about the feelings and description of such people in the
society (Wagner and et.al., 2020).
Relate
As I have not thought before that there will be these type of people in the world but by
having talk with them makes me shocked as well. They have shared their experience with me as
how they are treated in the market by the other humans excluded from this. By this I have felt
that really they used to face problem in the society that must be improved in order to have
equality. There were some principles which makes me to know about by having work with the
aboriginal people. This includes the colonization, legislative history and different culture
(Gadsden and et.al., 2019). These can be considered as the main problems by which the that
people use to face inequality in the society. The colonization used to have negative impact on
these type of people as this makes them to have their murder by not accepting the cultural
changes. By having talk with them it makes me to know about the inequality they used to face in
the market and how they are treated as well. This is all because of their worst history in the
society.

From my personal analysation the people of the aboriginal families face the
discrimination in the Australia as they are highly neglected by the community that includes
murder, stolen of kids, not allowing the kids to obtain the education, discrimination on the basis
of colour. The people face the discrimination due to the several reasons. I have acknowledged
the reason behind the negligence’s that is due to the colour. The people of the aboriginal
families’ skin tone is dark and it is considering by the people of the Australia is black which is
not accepted by the people of the nation. Along with the people of the aboriginal families are not
educated, so they are unable to follow all the trends of the marketplace. Therefore, they are
unable to keep themselves up to date with the information. Due to the lack of information they
are unable to match the mentality of the higher class and unable to follow the standard in
effective as well as efficient manner (Gupta, and et.al., 2020)
As per my perception it is important to have adequate skills and knowledge in order to
survive and deal with the variety of the people and challenges. The historical culture is not good
due to which many of the new aeration avoid them as the people develop their own perception on
the basis of language, colour, race, features etc. due to that the people are enabled to contribute
in the various programmes related to the education and culture in an appropriate manner. Due to
the ancient perception the new generation of the backward class is not able to obtain the facilities
or have human rights.
Reconstruction
In my opinion the authority need to work for the welfare of the aboriginal families and
deliver better lifestyle to them. The citizen of the nation should consider the aboriginal families
as the essential element of the nation and deliver the adequate value for improving their lifestyle.
For the development and progress of the aboriginal families the government or the ruling body of
the nation can increase awareness among the people with the help of various social media
account or online as well as offline platforms. The ruling bodies also have opportunity to deliver
the financial support to the people as they are unable to afford high class standard. Apart from
that the social organization or the NGOs need to deliver the support to the people and deliver
education. In context to that the social welfare group can provide training and development
programme to the people (Gapany, and et.al., 2022). Beside this the legal system of the
Australia should impose the rules and regulation of human right for the people who belong to the
aboriginal families and considers as the essential citizen of the nation. Moreover, the
