INTRODUCTION
In the current environmental scenario there have been rise in the legislative influences which
insists the regulation relevant with abortion, death penalty as well as assisted dying in various
countries in the world. Government have been approached towards controlling the impacts of
such issues which will be adequate in meeting the operational goals at the right time.
Laws relevant with abortion
Abortion itself is unlawful and unethical thing as if there are no medical circumstances
incurred to the fetus or the mother. There are several legislations and restrictions which are being
relevant with the laws for abortion based in India, UK and US. Thus, implication rules and
regulation will be appropriate and adequate in terms of controlling the maternal health issues.
 In India there are acts like Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971 and veracious
amendment were made on which the biggest concern is saving female child births.
 In United Kingdom there is Abortion Act, 1976 which allows abortion only in the case of
health issues relevant with mother and baby (Jacobsen, 2016).
 In Japan the Criminal Abortion Law, 1907 is being enacted to control the crimes relevant
with the Abortion.
Laws relevant with death penalty
There are several laws and regulation which are being relevant with the death penalty to the
criminals which are engaged in the unethical and unlawful murders or crimes.
 In Japan there have been laws are based on sentencing a person to death as if the crimes
are relevant with kidnapping, torture murder and depraved acts (Hans and et.al., 2015).
 In India there are several crimes which approaches government to sentencing death
punishment to an individual on the basis of rape, murder and unethical acts.
 In UK there are Murder (Abolition of death Penalty) Act, 1965.

In accordance with the assisted dying there are several laws such as:
 In England there is Suicide Act, 1961
 In Japan there is Death with Dignity Act, 2015 (Diehl-Schmid and et.al., 2017)
 In India there is Patient Self-Determination Act, 1991
